- Track assignments, deadlines, and project deliverables
- Work with project colleagues, testers, and evaluators to coordinate activities
- Review progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Keep project records, reports, and documentation accurate and up to date
- Share project updates and key information with team members and management
- Spot potential issues and escalate them when appropriate
- Help ensure project tasks are delivered within the agreed timelines

- Well-developed organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to manage competing tasks and priorities effectively
- Comfort with technology and learning unfamiliar tools and systems
- Practical experience using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
