Process Engineer, Semiconductor Paste Manufacturing
Support semiconductor paste manufacturing at MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, from process development and product qualification to site transfers and scale-up. The role also contributes to continuous improvement, technical training, and capacity expansion.

- Improve paste manufacturing processes with the Manufacturing team to meet business and market needs.
- Work with Product Development on new product introductions, process changes, and manufacturing optimization.
- Support product evaluation and qualification through experimental design, troubleshooting, process development, and performance validation.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain on product transfers and scale-up across sister sites.
- Create and deliver technical training for Manufacturing staff and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and capacity expansion projects that support business growth.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related engineering field, or equivalent technical expertise and experience.
- Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in paste, ink, electronics, or a related manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methods, design of experiments (DOE), and statistical process analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including reading comprehension.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities, with effectiveness across functions and organizational levels.
- Self-directed and effective in a fast-paced, results-focused setting, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and able to advance continuous improvement initiatives.
