- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Coordinate proposal reviews
- Negotiate contracts, including potential commercial terms and conditions
- Review estimate at completion (EAC)
- Support program management and execution reviews
- Provide general contract administration
- Advise senior management on contractual and business matters
- Verify negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies
- Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and potential mitigation of contractual and program risks
आवश्यकताएँ
- University degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, supply chain, subcontracts, procurement, acquisitions, contracts, or global trade
- U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- An active, existing DoD Secret security clearance is required after day one
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
- An active U.S. government-issued security clearance is preferred
- Department of War (DoW) contracts experience is preferred
