Performance Marketing Manager, Singapore Market
Lead full-funnel e-commerce campaigns for international brands across Southeast Asia. Oversee client relationships, budgets, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

- Oversee multiple client accounts or account groups, with executives reporting to you.
- Serve as the main contact for market leads across your account group.
- Manage client relationships and keep campaign delivery running smoothly.
- Shape full-funnel brand strategies spanning video, livestreaming, affiliates, and other key marketing and sales channels.
- Direct campaign setup, strategy, and optimization across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Google Shopping and SEM, and social media and CPAS.
- Work with client teams to develop marketing plans, KPIs, and regular reports.
- Manage revenue delivery and campaign budgets.
- Optimize campaigns daily and recommend targeting adjustments in real time.
- Build and run A/B testing programs to support ongoing growth.
- Oversee analytics and present performance reports to clients.
- Recommend optimization opportunities and share insights with clients.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
- At least four years of digital or e-commerce marketing experience.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or at a media agency, e-commerce enabler, or distributor.
- Knowledge of marketplace marketing on Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
- Client management experience.
- Experience using Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of full-funnel brand activation or strategy.
- Experience in media planning, budget setting and management, ad optimization, and third-party negotiations.
- Experience with e-commerce tracking tools and methods, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM, and third-party ad serving or Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of key advertising performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform.
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with data and numbers.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced startup and e-commerce environment.
- Fluent English.
- Meta or Facebook and Google Ads digital marketing certifications, TikTok Media Buying Certification, and e-commerce certifications such as Shopee or Lazada Marketing Solutions are an advantage.
