Part-time, onsite merchandising role with Mondelēz International serving retail stores in New Jersey. The work includes stocking and rotating products, maintaining displays, supporting promotions and launches, and reporting store insights.

- Represent Mondelēz professionally while working in retail stores
- Provide dependable service to store employees and shoppers
- Complete visits in line with the company’s DSD merchandising standards
- Photograph displays through the Digital Merchandising Initiative
- Develop productive relationships with store staff
- Replenish shelves, rotate inventory, and uphold brand presentation standards
- Set up promotional displays based on agreed plans
- Manage daily visits and priorities assigned by the Retail Territory Manager
- Assist with seasonal programs, product introductions, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store conditions, challenges, and opportunities through Salesforce
- Handle product lifting, bending, and movement while following safety requirements

- Must be 18 or older
- Hold a valid driver’s license from the state of residence
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred; candidates may also work toward a GED while developing relevant skills
- Retail or consumer goods experience of 1–3 years is preferred
- Bring a professional, positive outlook and the self-direction to work independently
- Use a personally owned, properly insured vehicle to travel between store locations
- Able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Able to occasionally push or pull loads exceeding 50 pounds
- Reside within 25–35 miles of Cherry Hill, New Jersey
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday
