- Lead PuroClean of Greater Landover’s digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Film and edit restoration projects, transformations, customer stories, employee features, educational pieces, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Create advertising campaigns for Instagram and Facebook
- Transform restoration projects into engaging brand stories
- Produce educational content covering water damage, mold, fire damage, emergency response, commercial restoration, and property maintenance
- Build social campaigns designed to drive calls, website visits, referrals, and qualified leads
- Publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile
- Use Zelly AI and comparable marketing tools for content production, campaign planning, automation, lead generation, and ideation
- Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
- Develop concepts for paid and organic advertising
- Write captions, headlines, calls to action, and other marketing copy
- Promote PuroClean to property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, HVAC providers, insurance professionals, commercial organizations, government agencies, and homeowners
- Track local trends, events, partnerships, and opportunities to increase brand visibility
- Support email, social, referral, and community outreach initiatives
- Track engagement, leads, website traffic, and campaign performance
- Recommend marketing approaches based on performance data
- Increase audience size while maintaining a focus on revenue growth
- Collaborate directly with ownership on campaigns and business development ideas
- Create original content at offices, restoration sites, customer locations, networking events, and other local venues

- Prior social media or content production experience is preferred
- Ability to film and edit video
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic understanding of digital advertising
- Ability to record quality video with a smartphone or camera
