Paid Ads Specialist (Remote, Philippines)
Manage Google, Microsoft/Bing, and Meta advertising campaigns for agency clients. Improve ROAS, guide client relationships, report results, and develop junior specialists.

- Audit Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager accounts in depth
- Plan, build, and manage multi-channel paid campaigns around client growth goals
- Use keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve ROAS
- Manage Google Merchant Center feeds, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager implementations
- Partner with web developers on landing pages and tracking across WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and Aero
- Develop and sustain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Prepare data-led paid media proposals and pitch presentations
- Produce monthly performance reports for client stakeholders
- Resolve performance issues and manage escalations to help retain clients
- Coach junior specialists while coordinating workloads, quality standards, and SOPs
- Present departmental updates and campaign results to the Marketing Manager
- Assess capability gaps and provide focused training
- Promote company values in team and client interactions
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of hands-on paid advertising experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence presenting to senior client executives and leading strategic discussions
- Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Suite, and Bing Ads
- Practical experience using Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and Aero
- Strong knowledge of international paid search practices and multi-region campaign execution
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, turn metrics into strategic recommendations, and communicate campaign value clearly
- Strong ownership of departmental delivery, client satisfaction, and performance goals
