  • Develop original creative concepts for paid social, digital campaigns, UGC, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Produce motion, video, and static assets, including editing and post-production.
  • Help deliver UGC creative from initial concept through final production.
  • Translate briefs into compelling creative for varied formats, placements, and markets.
  • Partner with digital marketers and freelance creatives to launch work efficiently.
  • Build templates, systems, and self-service tools that expand team output while maintaining quality.
  • Use Figma, Canva, Adobe tools, and AI to accelerate and scale creative production.
  • Apply campaign insights to refine creative and generate new concepts.
  • Ensure all work meets brand, accessibility, and compliance standards.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring at least four years of graphic and digital design experience, with a strong command of typography, layout, composition, and brand.
  • Demonstrate confidence across motion, video, and static design, including advanced editing and post-production ability.
  • Have experience producing creative for paid social and digital placements.
  • Be able to interpret a brief and develop multiple creative directions independently.
  • Work quickly and methodically while managing competing requests and deadlines.
  • Show strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Approach AI tools with curiosity and use them to improve creative quality and production speed.
  • Collaborate proactively with digital marketers and external creative partners.
  • Speak Italian natively and communicate and write fluently in English.
  • Be available for full-time hybrid work from the Milan office.
