Maintain master data, reporting, and ERP processes as a Master Data Analyst. Farmax produces Brazilian health, beauty, and wellness brands.

- Validate material and service master-data requests for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with requesting departments to correct or complete submitted data
- Review business-partner, material, and service data against naming standards, business rules, tax regulations, and logistics requirements
- Audit registered data with regulatory agencies and internal teams to maintain its integrity
- Register and maintain company master data in the ERP system
- Perform scheduled master-data updates and corrections
- Process master-data blocking and reactivation requests
- Assist with new process development and implementation through master-data system testing
- Prepare and review reports to find and correct data inconsistencies
- Recommend opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline master-data processes
- Document and organize departmental processes, policies, standards, and procedures
- Create KPIs, forecasts, and management reports for business decisions
- Advise other departments on master-data and registration-related matters
- Handle general activities and requests assigned to the Master Data department
