- Plan and deliver trade shows, industry events, and customer marketing activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including booths, promotional materials, vendors, shipping, and on-site support.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, digital content, and sales materials.
- Work with Product Management, Sales, and Training to support launches, campaigns, and customer communications.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and event performance.
- Recommend ways to strengthen engagement, generate leads, and improve return on investment.
- Find and implement process improvements using technology, collaboration, and established practices.
- Take on other responsibilities as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline, or at least two years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience organizing events and handling logistics, vendors, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Ability to develop marketing and sales materials with product management and sales teams.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a range of formats.
- Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to obtain it to help with trade show setup, teardown, and event logistics is acceptable.
- Able to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks for event support and material distribution.
- Experience taking a project from initial concept through launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, collaborative approach and readiness to handle varied responsibilities.
- Available to travel 11%–30% of the time.
