Managing Principal, GRC Advisory – France Hybrid
Lead the expansion of Orange Cyberdefense’s GRC advisory practice in international markets. Manage consulting teams, shape new offerings, support business development, and advise multinational customers.

- Drive continued growth of the GRC consulting organisation across Emerging Markets and Orange Business
- Create channel-specific offerings that reflect evolving market needs
- Streamline consulting processes and establish consistent governance standards
- Train sales teams to position and promote new offerings
- Help account teams expand business with multinational customers
- Strengthen security talent recruitment, attraction, and retention
- Scale successful innovations across countries
- Coordinate consulting strategy with partners
- Lead expert teams operating across multiple countries
- Support specialist consulting engagements and assess expansion into new territories
- Grow the GRC advisory business within the security practice
- Communicate Orange Cyberdefense services and relevant market developments
- Track security market trends and competitor activity
- Participate in and coordinate customer meetings
- Design, refine, and launch new service offerings
- Help account managers progress and close opportunities
- Work with Orange Group entities to allocate project resources effectively
- Build relationships with country consulting leaders, GRC providers, sales, professional services, MSS, presales, portfolio teams, partners, and senior customer stakeholders
- Raise internal and external awareness through research, conference presentations, and related activities
- Plan and deliver workshops within the area of expertise
- Provide senior GRC advisory support on strategic customer engagements
- Support GRC services expansion and oversee the onboarding of new GRC consultants

- Proven consulting and presales experience
- Substantial experience in the security industry
- Professional experience delivering GRC security consulting
- Strong customer-facing presentation experience
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience leading teams
- Experience preparing proposals and scopes and responding to tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and core technology concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial judgment and the ability to champion solutions
- Results-focused approach with reliable delivery against deadlines
- Cross-cultural awareness and confidence working in a matrix organisation
- Confident, persistent, creative, and adaptable mindset
- Ability to engage security managers, CISOs, CFOs, and other stakeholders across multinational customers
- Ability to turn strategic direction into coordinated implementation
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience in a comparable role, including significant international exposure
- Knowledge of GRC methodologies and security architectures
- Knowledge of security controls, processes, and established best practices
- Knowledge and experience with GRC security challenges, designs, frameworks, solutions, and tools
- Knowledge of one or more of ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS2/CRA, DORA, PCI-DSS, SWIFT, and the EU AI Act is desirable
