- Manage tax department processes and recurring activities
- Calculate taxes under the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit regimes
- Calculate and reconcile ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS
- Maintain tax books and reconcile tax balances
- Issue and validate invoices
- Prepare and submit SPED Fiscal and EFD-Contribuições filings
- Prepare DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, and other tax returns and ancillary obligations
- Review clients’ tax records and supporting information
- Track tax workflows and filing deadlines
- Help interpret and apply tax legislation to client operations
- Detect discrepancies and assist with correcting tax information
आवश्यकताएँ
- Experience with or knowledge of tax routines in an accounting firm
- Understanding of tax calculations and ancillary tax filings
- Knowledge of ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS
- Experience with or knowledge of SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTFWeb, and EFD-Reinf
- Knowledge of issuing, recording, and validating invoices
- Knowledge of the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Actual Profit regimes
- Familiarity with Domínio, JETAX, SIEG, and Nibo systems
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- 1–3 years of professional experience
