विवरण

  • Prepare and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and other routine legal documents.
  • Assist with negotiations through drafting, redlining, legal research, and collaboration with senior Legal team members.
  • Support product and regulatory work by researching requirements and reviewing product materials and disclosures.
  • Draft customer-facing terms, policies, notices, and related materials.
  • Research federal and state law and regulations, translating findings into practical guidance.
  • Contribute to regulatory and licensing activities, including filings, information collection, records maintenance, and communications with regulators, banks, and partners.
  • Assist with disputes, litigation, collections, and recovery matters.
  • Maintain corporate records and support governance and general corporate work.
  • Partner with teams across Flex to gather relevant facts and understand business needs.
  • Refine legal templates, playbooks, processes, and tools.
  • Apply AI and other technology to automate routine legal tasks and improve team efficiency.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license, or be eligible for prompt admission.
  • Have 0–2 years of legal experience.
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance, legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Show careful attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, thoughtful work.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Use sound judgment when working independently and know when to seek guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal colleagues.
  • Have an interest in contracts and commercial law, with a desire to build drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Show interest in fintech, financial services, technology, or startups.
  • Be curious about AI and willing to use it responsibly for research, drafting, analysis, and efficiency.
  • Be prepared to handle varied assignments and learn different areas of in-house legal practice.
  • Bring genuine enthusiasm for Flex and the opportunity to grow as a lawyer.
