- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key business indicators.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to produce actionable insights for Latin American markets.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements, turn functional needs into analytical solutions, and define performance metrics.
- Use Agile methods to manage and deliver business intelligence projects.
- Lead analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying ways to optimize processes and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of data used in reports and analytical solutions.
- Support Latin American markets by driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Graduate or current student in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
- One to two years of experience as an IT analyst handling Power BI processes.
- Advanced Power BI skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Experience developing continuous improvement projects.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Advanced English is preferred.
- Portuguese is preferred.
