- Evolve and maintain Abaka AI’s visual identity across digital, print, and physical touchpoints
- Design conference and event materials, from booth graphics and signage to handouts, presentations, and promotional assets
- Create branded merchandise such as apparel, notebooks, stickers, giveaways, and packaging
- Produce presentations, pitch decks, recruiting materials, customer assets, and sales collateral
- Design marketing content for social media, email, websites, community programs, and partnerships
- Work with go-to-market, partnerships, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to turn ideas into visual experiences
- Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and candidate communications
- Organize brand assets, templates, and design systems to support consistent use across the company
- Coordinate with print, merchandise, and other external vendors to support quality production and delivery
- Handle multiple projects at once, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling to build Abaka AI’s brand presence
- Keep up with design trends, emerging creative tools, and AI-assisted design workflows

- Bring 1–4 years of experience in brand, graphic, marketing, or visual design, or a related field
- Show a portfolio with branding, marketing collateral, presentation and event design, and visual storytelling
- Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design software proficiently
- Understand typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication fundamentals
- Have experience creating both digital and print materials
- Manage projects independently from initial concept through completion
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing projects
- Adapt to a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift
- Have an interest in AI, technology, startups, marketing, or community building
- Preferably have designed presentations, conference or event materials, social media content, or branded merchandise
- Preferably have design experience for conferences, trade shows, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, or B2B technology companies
- Print vendor, merchandise production, or event fabrication experience is a plus
- Motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, web design, or AI-assisted creative experience is a plus
