- Prepare defenses, objections, and other filings for civil proceedings
- Draft appeals across all levels of jurisdiction, including interlocutory, clarification, special, and extraordinary appeals
- Represent clients as legal counsel at hearings
- Maintain internal and client-facing systems with up-to-date case information
- Handle defense-side banking civil litigation representing defendants
आवश्यकताएँ
- Live in São Paulo or the Greater São Paulo area
- Hold at least three years of active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Bring prior experience representing banks in defense-side civil litigation
- Work strategically while managing a high-volume caseload
