- Apply technical knowledge from academic coursework to assigned accounting and assurance projects
- Prepare working papers, financial statements, and notice-to-reader engagements in line with regulatory standards
- Collect and evaluate evidence for assurance and accounting engagements
- Develop constructive client relationships and respond effectively to questions, requests, and feedback
- Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities with existing clients
- Keep team members informed about progress, challenges, and emerging issues
- Take part in CPA designation support, mentorship, exam preparation, and study leave programs
