Junior analyst supporting accounts receivable and operational processes for Nestlé Business Services in Paraguay. The role manages data, metrics, reconciliations, and process improvements using SAP and Excel.

- Maintain records, updates, and queries in corporate systems, including SAP, while safeguarding data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports, update dashboards, and support metric analysis for decision-making.
- Work with logistics, finance, commercial, and customer service teams to meet deadlines and maintain process quality.
- Support activities involving orders, stock movements, financial reconciliations, and process documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational meeting support.
- Manage and improve operational and data processes in corporate systems through accurate data handling, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently studying or holding a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills are desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, initiative, teamwork, proactivity, organization, and service orientation.
