Support IT portfolio governance, performance tracking, and project reporting. Build executive dashboards and reports with Power BI and Excel while coordinating actions through Microsoft Planner.

- Help govern and monitor the IT project portfolio
- Consolidate project schedules, costs, risks, KPIs, and status updates
- Create management dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel
- Organize action plans and monitor deliverables in Microsoft Planner
- Develop executive presentations and reporting for management committees and forums
- Assist Project Managers while improving PMO processes and controls
- Apply AI tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in PMO, project management, or IT portfolio management
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI and Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office
- Advanced English-language proficiency
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Experience with performance KPIs and project portfolios is preferred
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in IT environments is preferred
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and executive presentation development is preferred
