Healthcare Subject Matter Expert, AI Model Evaluation
Volga Partners seeks physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to assess the clinical accuracy, reasoning, and safety of AI-generated medical content. Remote, project-based contract assignments vary according to project needs.

- Assess AI-generated medical content for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and alignment with accepted medical standards
- Review AI-generated clinical reasoning, assessments, differential diagnoses, and treatment recommendations
- Flag incorrect medical information, unsupported conclusions, overlooked clinical factors, and possible patient safety risks
- Check medical information against authoritative literature, established clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practice
- Explain findings, provide expert feedback, and recommend appropriate clinical corrections
- Follow evaluation guidance, scoring criteria, and project-specific quality standards
- Conduct independent reviews through designated online platforms and meet project timelines
- Apply clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of advanced AI models
- Complete assignments with schedules, workloads, and availability set by project needs
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of relevant clinical experience in an applicable specialty
- A recognized medical degree, advanced-practice qualification, or equivalent credential suited to the specialty and country
- Experience using clinical judgment, diagnostic reasoning, or evidence-based medical practice
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical guidelines, and healthcare standards in the candidate's specialty
- Ability to assess complex medical information and distinguish sound clinical reasoning from unsupported conclusions
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English, including the ability to explain clinical findings and professional assessments clearly
- Comfort using digital platforms, web applications, and online research tools
- Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and meet quality standards
- Comfort with the task-based nature of the role
- Current or previous professional licensure or registration in the relevant specialty is preferred
- Experience reviewing medical records, clinical research, medical guidelines, or healthcare quality assessments is preferred
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare standards or clinical practice in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred
- Experience evaluating clinical documentation, medical literature, or complex healthcare cases is preferred
- Prior exposure to AI model evaluation, medical content review, clinical research, or healthcare technology is preferred
