  • Build and maintain EMR and EHR integrations across modern APIs and legacy systems.
  • Bring selected third-party integration capabilities in-house and replace external dependencies.
  • Create scalable, secure, reliable data pipelines for healthcare workflows.
  • Develop validation, transformation, and normalization layers for data from varied healthcare systems.
  • Track integration performance, resolve production issues, and apply observability practices.
  • Work with product, clinical, and AI teams to turn workflow needs into integration designs.
  • Help shape integration architecture as Knowtex grows across specialties and health systems.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of software engineering experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience connecting third-party APIs and external systems.
  • Strong backend development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • Experience using AWS services.
  • Sound knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, and distributed systems.
  • Experience handling structured healthcare data.
  • Experience integrating EMR or EHR systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
  • Experience designing idempotent, fault-tolerant integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant environments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work from the San Francisco office three days per week.
