Help protect a Cyprus-based FX and CFD broker by investigating suspicious trading and assessing client risk. Review exposure, trading activity, and disputes, then recommend stronger controls.

  • Spot trading patterns that could expose the broker to losses, including latency arbitrage, price exploitation, bonus abuse, and other abusive strategies.
  • Review client performance, execution records, holding periods, and account activity to identify potential abuse.
  • Investigate high-risk accounts, linked accounts, and suspected coordinated trading, and report findings with recommendations.
  • Assess client exposure, leverage, and margin use to flag financial risks and support timely action.
  • Examine pricing, execution, and slippage disputes to identify risk concerns and support fair, evidence-based outcomes.
  • Prepare risk reports outlining findings, potential financial impact, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate with Dealing, Compliance, Fraud, and Customer Support to resolve cases and improve client risk controls.
  • Suggest improvements to risk procedures and analytical tools to detect suspicious trading earlier.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Two to four years’ experience in client risk, dealing, trading operations, or risk analysis, preferably at an FX, CFD, or online brokerage.
  • Sound knowledge of FX and CFD products, leverage, margin, order execution, and trading mechanics.
  • Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
  • Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • SQL, Python, or data analysis tool experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 Manager, Admin, or other brokerage risk systems.
  • Careful attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.
