- Create social media graphics, educational carousels, and campaign assets
- Produce short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from supplied footage
- Develop digital ad graphics and video versions to test hooks, messaging, and calls to action
- Design email graphics for promotions, customer education, and maintenance reminders
- Create graphics for websites and landing pages
- Produce before-and-after content, customer testimonials, and service explainers
- Develop sales materials about the cleaning process, maintenance plans, and service value
- Create occasional flyers, brochures, and other print materials
- Turn marketing goals, key messages, brand assets, photography, and raw footage into finished creative
- Identify any additional information or assets needed to complete assignments
- Work with the marketing team and apply feedback and revisions
- Provide editable source files and final assets in the required formats
- Deliver work within agreed scopes, deadlines, fees, and revision limits
- Concentrate on creative production while the marketing team manages strategy, publishing, community engagement, and reputation

- Show a strong portfolio of marketing design work for consumer brands or service businesses
- Edit short-form video at a basic level, including selecting useful footage, creating engaging openings, trimming clips, adding captions, balancing audio, and formatting for each platform
- Demonstrate strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Make educational content clear and engaging
- Follow brand guidelines while contributing considered creative ideas
- Communicate well in English, pay close attention to detail, and deliver reliably
- Work from briefs, ask useful questions, and incorporate feedback
- Use relevant design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or comparable software
- Organize and deliver editable source files and final assets
- Be consistently available during Pacific Time business hours
- Maintain reliable overlap with the team for collaboration, project discussions, feedback, and revision requests
- Experience with home services, pet-related brands, or local service marketing is a plus
- Provide a portfolio with three relevant graphic design examples and at least two short-form video examples
- Provide your time zone, regular Pacific Time availability, weekly capacity, typical turnaround times, project pricing or estimated fees, and earliest available start date
