Financial Crime Compliance Manager (Mandarin)

- Lead a team of more than 25 analysts
- Plan workloads and oversee team performance and development to deliver projects successfully
- Coach team members and support their professional growth and career progression
- Manage client engagements in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to strengthen partnerships, report results, and identify service opportunities
- Monitor team output and quality, and identify ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Report on team performance and service delivery to senior leaders and clients
- Work with internal teams to build subject matter expertise and advisory capabilities
- Contribute to Managed Services strategy initiatives with senior leaders
- Provide production and service reports to senior leaders and clients
- Partner with the partnership team to build expertise and expand advisory services and consulting opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4–5 years of AML or KYC management experience
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Ability to lead projects, set timelines, coordinate project teams, and carry out action items throughout a project
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with a team
- Ability to build cooperative, collaborative working relationships
- Professional certification such as CAMS preferred
- Consulting or managed services experience preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
