- Manage daily financial accounting activities and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and record journals, reconciliations, and account adjustments, including accruals and intercompany transactions
- Help produce monthly management reports and investigate variances
- Find process inefficiencies and introduce automation solutions
- Strengthen financial controls and finance operations through technology and AI
- Partner with non-finance teams to simplify processes and deliver useful financial insights
- Help develop a high-performing finance function
- Coordinate with external accounting and tax providers on compliance and statutory requirements
- Report to the Senior Financial Accountant based in Australia
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and compliance-related work
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- CPA qualification
- Three to five years of financial or corporate accounting experience
- Prior experience at a Big Four firm or multinational organization
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and/or IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills
