- Produce clear, accurate financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
- Apply data to test assumptions, identify opportunities, and develop commentary and recommendations
- Help uphold effective financial controls
- Assist with reconciliations and investigate differences
- Check that financial records are accurate, complete and properly supported
- Work with Finance colleagues and teams across the wider business
- Handle queries and explain financial information clearly
- Develop productive relationships with colleagues and partners
- Improve Finance outputs by simplifying processes and increasing efficiency
- Take part in a structured interview, a practical finance exercise and a group activity at the assessment centre
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be a part-qualified accountant progressing toward ACCA, CIMA or ACA, with commitment to completing a professional qualification
- Have prior experience in finance or accounting, including exposure to areas such as financial reporting, reconciliations, controls or month-end work
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and confidence interpreting financial data, spotting trends and drawing useful insights
- Have strong Excel skills and confidence with Microsoft Office and finance systems
- Communicate effectively, build relationships with business partners, explain financial information clearly and collaborate across teams
- Be able to attend the in-person assessment centre at the Salford Quays office on Thursday 19 November
