- Commission and maintain heat pumps at residential customer sites and for system operators
- Advise heating-company customers by phone and on site with a strong focus on service quality
- Support technical field-service colleagues throughout the wider assigned territory
- Participate in on-call service to respond to customer needs promptly
- Help advance sustainable energy solutions through heat pump commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electronics technician, or electrician/electrical installer
- Further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred
- Professional customer-service experience in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology
- Category 1 refrigerant-handling certification
- Category 2 refrigerant-handling certification is an advantage
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Good written and spoken German
- Strong customer orientation and readiness to travel
- Technical aptitude and interest in heating systems
