  • Support the F-35 AV/MS Program Execution Group as a mid-level data analyst and dashboard specialist
  • Work with senior stakeholders to identify analytic needs and deliver tailored dashboards
  • Advise leaders on dashboard design, KPI selection, and data governance
  • Create and implement automated reporting processes
  • Maintain secure dashboards in line with DoD standards
  • Work with leadership to deliver analytic applications for high-priority operational needs
  • Build and deploy applications and dashboards that analyze operational data
  • Find causes of delays and improve forecast accuracy
  • Create interactive dashboards for vendor price comparisons, negotiations, and cost reduction
  • Use advanced statistical models to assess operational metrics and optimize resource allocation
  • Engage directly with government and subcontractor stakeholders
  • Turn requirements into comprehensive, auditable enterprise policies and process frameworks

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Have served in a DoD military or civilian role involving data management; F-35 JPO experience is preferred
  • For Data Analyst 4, hold a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or a master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Alternatively, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 14 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy production-ready interactive dashboards
  • Expert knowledge of Qlik Sense, RShiny, Tableau, regression, named entity recognition (NER), data cleansing, and SQL
  • Proficiency in clustering, R, and Python
  • Experience with automated reporting tools such as NPrinting
  • Strong understanding of data governance and DoD compliance and security standards
  • Ability to explain complex analytics to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Active Secret clearance required at the time of consideration and must be maintained
  • Careful attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and engage stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to solving problems
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, audit-driven environment
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer
