Executive Assistant to Senior Healthcare Executives (Remote, Arizona)
Support DaVita Kidney Care’s senior healthcare executives with complex scheduling, travel coordination, confidential information, and special projects. This full-time position is remote within Arizona.

- Provide executive support to senior management and C-suite leaders
- Manage high-volume scheduling, meetings, events, and travel itineraries
- Represent the organization when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage special projects, including presentation planning, coordination, and information distribution
- Process and route confidential and non-routine documents and information
- Work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Handle additional duties as assigned

- Demonstrated success as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management and C-suite executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to organize work and manage competing priorities
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
- Ability to perform independently at a high level with minimal supervision
- Resourceful, self-directed, assertive, organized, and capable of making sound decisions
- High-energy approach with the capacity to process and prioritize substantial volumes of information
- Availability for flexible hours and weekend work as needed
- Willingness to work overtime
