- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Develop engineers through coaching, feedback, mentorship, and career support
- Define technology, data, and AI strategy for marketing, acquisition, and measurement
- Prioritise high-value opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Data partners
- Own delivery while balancing speed, quality, and system reliability
- Guide architecture, technical decisions, complex problem-solving, and trade-offs
- Strengthen engineering practices across code quality, observability, security, reliability, and development workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal teams
- Maintain dependable tracking, trustworthy data, and responsible privacy and consent practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong foundation in software engineering
- At least four years leading and developing engineering teams
- Demonstrated success delivering business-critical products or platforms
- Background in MarTech, AdTech, growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, SEO platforms, or related data-intensive systems and marketing automation
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and assess technical trade-offs
- Experience working with Product, Marketing, and Data to find opportunities, establish priorities, and deliver measurable results
- Skill in translating broad objectives into practical plans, coordinating dependencies, and achieving measurable outcomes
- Clear communicator with a thoughtful leadership approach
- Experience applying technology, data, and AI to marketing, acquisition, and measurement
- Understanding of reliable tracking, data quality, privacy, and consent requirements
