- Coordinate electric utility construction projects from planning through completion
- Support underground and overhead cable and pole installation and replacement
- Assist with transformer installations and electric line maintenance work
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate communication among engineers, contractors, and field crews
- Maintain project records in accordance with regulatory and safety standards
- Visit worksites and help address field issues
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- At least three years of experience with Puerto Rico electric infrastructure, including aerial and underground systems
- Current residence in Puerto Rico
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Working familiarity with project management software and construction records
- Experience supporting PREPA or LUMA Energy projects
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
