- Lead long-range financial planning and connect financial targets with corporate objectives

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field plus five years of relevant experience, or seven years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- At least two years leading and delivering cross-functional projects
- Substantial experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
- Ability to turn data into meaningful performance reporting that supports traditional P&L reporting
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and business insights
- Strong command of budgeting, variance analysis, and accurate financial reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions
- Ability to interpret financial statements and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- MBA preferred but not required
