Join Citeo in a digital marketing work-study role supporting an organization that reduces the environmental impact of packaging and paper. Help develop digital services, run acquisition campaigns, and track marketing performance.

- Support the development and improvement of digital services, including websites, applications, extranets, and CRM tools
- Help optimize B2C and B2B user journeys
- Maintain platform operations through content updates, CMS administration, and database management
- Support acquisition and retention strategy implementation
- Assist with email marketing, SEO/SEA, partnership, and competition campaigns
- Create marketing assets such as landing pages, promotional kits, and digital content
- Track KPIs for completed initiatives
- Prepare campaign reports and monitor digital-tool performance
- Respond to user requests and provide first-level support
- Work with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies or service providers
आवश्यकताएँ
- Pursuing a four- or five-year degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Some prior experience through an internship or work-study placement is preferred
- Curious, proactive, and confident making recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Well organized, with strong synthesis and summarization skills
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative setting
- Experience with or working knowledge of office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with or working knowledge of digital tools such as WordPress and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or desktop publishing tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of web analytics fundamentals is an advantage
