Customer Service Engineer, Cyclotron Equipment
Provide field service for GE HealthCare cyclotron equipment in Pune, including repairs, inspections, commissioning, and diagnostics. Build customer relationships while resolving technical issues on site.
विवरण
- Carry out on-site life extensions, repairs, and inspections for installed equipment fleets.
- Oversee construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at customer sites.
- Perform on-site machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics.
- Make engineering decisions.
- Complete technical work while expanding expertise in the discipline.
- Resolve technical issues within established procedures and seek guidance from senior team members when needed.
- Build customer relationships and act as the link between customers and GE.
- Explain technical information to others.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 3 years of field services experience.
- Cyclotron equipment experience is required.
- Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
