  • Produce on-brand creative for digital, print, web, video, and presentation channels
  • Develop digital ads, eBooks, sales materials, presentations, infographics, social graphics, blog imagery, email and campaign content, print advertising, and customer-facing assets
  • Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites and landing pages
  • Assist with video editing and basic motion graphics
  • Create graphics and animations from product design screens in Figma
  • Produce subtle web animations and Lottie files for digital experiences
  • Build branded templates and scalable design systems
  • Turn briefs, business objectives, and stakeholder feedback into strong visual concepts
  • Deliver files that satisfy technical specifications and production standards
  • Proofread and refine creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • Choose imagery, graphics, layouts, and visual styles that support the intended audience and message
  • Apply feedback while preserving established design standards
  • Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, collaborative setting
  • Help strengthen Xplor’s brand consistency across business areas and customer interactions
  • Use AI-enabled creative tools responsibly to streamline production and improve efficiency

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of professional experience in creative design, graphic design, or visual content development
  • A strong portfolio covering digital, print, presentation, web, and preferably video work
  • Experience producing polished creative for diverse audiences, channels, and business objectives
  • Sound knowledge of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, color, and visual storytelling
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality
  • Ability to handle several projects at once and adjust to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience working across functions
  • A proactive, organized self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within established brand systems while introducing original ideas
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience working with WordPress
  • Experience using PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
  • Understanding of responsible commercial AI use, including prompt quality, editorial oversight, copyright awareness, and brand consistency
