Chemical Manufacturing Operator
Operate chemical production equipment for MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, monitoring processes, checking product quality, handling materials, and following safety procedures.
विवरण
- Operate reactors, mixers, pumps, and other production equipment in line with standard procedures.
- Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other process conditions.
- Collect samples, perform basic quality tests, and flag unusual results or process deviations.
- Move raw materials and batches, and package completed products.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly according to housekeeping standards.
- Wear required protective equipment, follow chemical handling procedures, and support workplace safety.
- Make minor equipment adjustments and report maintenance concerns.
- Accurately maintain production logs and batch records, and hand over information between shifts.
- Help with daily chemical manufacturing work while meeting safety and quality standards.

- Be reliable and attentive to safety.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical processing is preferred.
- Have a basic understanding of chemical production processes and equipment operation.
- Know chemical safety practices, PPE use, and relevant regulations such as COSHH.
- Be able to operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Understand quality control principles and product consistency.
- Be able to complete production records accurately and follow written procedures.
- Be able to lift, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training or certification in chemical processing or manufacturing is an advantage.
