Business Analyst, FAA ATO International Travel and Budgeting
Coordinate international travel, budgeting, financial analysis, and executive administration for the FAA Air Traffic Organization. Support SAIC’s mission and technology services through travel planning, process controls, and executive operations.

- Coordinate accounting, planning, administration, budgeting, financial analysis, funding control, and funding allocation for a Senior Executive in the Air Traffic Organization
- Evaluate business processes and establish clear operational controls and procedures
- Support logistics operations across business and management functions
- Draft correspondence, arrange meetings, and maintain the Senior Executive’s calendar
- Act as the FAA ATO International Travel Desk Analyst using the Travel Request Electronic Clearance System (TRECS)
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve TRECS system issues
- Use the State Department Electronic Country Clearance (eCC) system to create, submit, and monitor approvals for more than 300 travelers
- Create an annual fiscal-year travel plan for more than 300 travelers
- Lead monthly meetings of the ATO International Travel Review Board

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, including at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management
- Five years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
