Maintain, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors for ASSA ABLOY at customer sites. Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical systems while providing reliable service.
विवरण
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, urgent repairs, and upgrades to automated pedestrian doors at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot electromechanical equipment, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
- Work with aluminum frames, glazing, door hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
- Communicate professionally with customers, end users, and contractors.
- Complete training and obtain and maintain AAADM certification.
- Use power tools and handle physical work, including lifting up to 110 pounds, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
- Join on-call rotations after completing certification and training.
- Provide dependable door service and a positive customer experience.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring mechanical aptitude and experience repairing electromechanical equipment.
- Understand basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120V) wiring.
- Knowledge of access control systems is a plus.
- Experience with glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware is preferred.
- Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Show strong commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Be able to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Be able to obtain AAADM certification within one year of employment and maintain it as required.
