Associate In-House Legal Counsel (Hybrid, North Sydney)
The Missing Link is seeking an Associate In-House Legal Counsel to advise on commercial contracts, governance, compliance, privacy and legal risk. The hybrid role supports an Australian technology and cybersecurity business.

- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, supplier and contractor agreements, and NDAs.
- Advise Sales, Procurement, Delivery and Operations teams on practical legal solutions that support business objectives.
- Contribute to corporate governance, compliance programs, policies and broader business legal matters.
- Support legal risk management, dispute resolution and coordination with external legal advisers.
- Maintain legal templates, playbooks, processes and knowledge resources to improve consistency and scalability.
- Advise on privacy, data protection, technology procurement and applicable regulatory obligations.
- Partner with the General Counsel on strategic initiatives and legal projects.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Admission as an Australian solicitor and a current practising certificate authorising practice in New South Wales.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate or technology-focused legal practice.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Ability to assess legal risk while maintaining focus on commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High integrity, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an in-house legal environment.
- Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS or reseller businesses.
- Experience supporting privacy, data protection or compliance initiatives.
- Exposure to corporate governance, legal operations or dispute resolution.
- Fluent English communication skills.
