Help MaintainX expand organic search and generative engine visibility for its industrial work execution platform. Manage content, technical SEO, backlink, and LLM visibility initiatives.

- Lead MaintainX’s SEO and GEO efforts to strengthen visibility across buyer search journeys
- Refresh existing content and develop gap-focused pieces from briefing through quality assurance and publication
- Support the recovery and ongoing ranking performance of priority pages, including their AI citations
- Assess backlink and off-site citation opportunities for quality and relevance
- Contribute to technical SEO work and keyword research
- Surface SEO risks and growth opportunities before they affect traffic
- Coordinate daily with web, design, content, product, and external vendor teams
- Convert stakeholder requests into actionable next steps and drive them through delivery
- Plan and conduct experiments with the Senior SEO/GEO Specialist to increase LLM visibility
- Record experiment results and key learnings
- Communicate the business value of SEO improvements to partners without SEO expertise
- Build toward independent ownership of core projects, ad hoc requests, and experiment proposals
आवश्यकताएँ
- One to two years of SEO experience gained through employment or a substantial internship
- Practical experience with keyword research and rank tracking using Semrush, Ahrefs, or a comparable platform
- Working knowledge of how search is evolving, including how LLMs discover and cite sources
- Experience conducting or supporting tests and interpreting the resulting insights
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and earn their alignment
- Strong organization skills for managing multiple projects and driving follow-up through completion
- Willingness to make sound decisions when the path forward is not fully defined
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog or comparable technical audit software is a plus
- Exposure to GEO or AEO platforms such as Profound or AirOps is a plus
- B2B SaaS or demand generation experience is a plus
- Ability to work in the role’s listed location and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
