- Create and support award-winning work for the Subaru of America account
- Independently lead projects and manage productions
- Deliver senior-level creative across briefs of varying scale and complexity
- Balance core account work with ad hoc briefs and new-business opportunities
- Develop work across broadcast, online video, social, digital, experiential, influencer, and special projects
- Develop and execute strategic creative that supports client business goals
- Give creative direction, coach team members, and resolve project challenges
- Establish strong client relationships built on trust
- Present full-funnel campaign strategies
- Coordinate collaboration across departments
- Oversee schedules, meetings, reviews, feedback, and internal and client needs
- Teach and mentor junior creatives

- At least six years of experience as an Art Director at a traditional advertising agency
- Candidates with design backgrounds must demonstrate Art Director experience on creative campaigns through their portfolios
- Demonstrated success developing, selling, and delivering full-funnel work across television, online video, social, influencer, digital, and experiential activations
- Award-winning or credited work is expected
- Ability to work independently and in partnership with another creative
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Experience developing client relationships and leading projects and productions
- Strong presentation, time-management, feedback, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
