Lead AI governance, GDPR, privacy compliance, and technology contracting for Aleph’s global digital advertising platforms. Support compliance activities across more than 130 markets.

- Provide legal guidance and support for AI requirements across all risk categories, including the EU AI Act.
- Track developing AI regulations and their relationship to data protection requirements across markets.
- Advise on responsible AI governance and internal policies for AI use.
- Support business-wide data protection and privacy compliance, including in non-EU jurisdictions.
- Contribute to internal data protection audits at Aleph Group level.
- Develop reports, presentations, and training materials covering data protection, privacy, and AI compliance.
- Contribute to legal projects involving data protection, privacy, and artificial intelligence.
- Help strengthen organizational practices around data protection and responsible AI.
- Support AI technology initiatives, including integrations with third-party AI provider APIs.
- Draft and negotiate AI and technology procurement, vendor, API, data-sharing, and licensing agreements.
- Evaluate intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection risks before AI tools or vendors are introduced.
- Keep global data protection records and related documentation up to date.
- Draft GDPR and data protection agreements, contracts, and internal policies.
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Manage additional legal and compliance assignments as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Law degree.
- Four to six years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong GDPR focus; this is not an entry-level position.
- Strong command of data privacy laws and practices, including in-depth GDPR knowledge.
- Practical experience completing legal and compliance requirements for AI system implementation across all risk categories, including high-risk systems.
- Working knowledge of broader AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience researching and applying data privacy requirements in non-EU markets such as LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA.
- Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Technology-oriented mindset with genuine interest in the relationship between AI, emerging technologies, and privacy law.
- Experience in a global or regional environment and confidence working beyond an EU-only market focus.
- Practical experience drafting and negotiating technology and AI agreements, including intellectual property protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
