- Own process transformation and AI-enabled initiatives from initial discovery through implementation and benefits realization
- Establish project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures
- Coordinate several projects at once while maintaining schedule and budget performance
- Map current and future-state processes with BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, or comparable methods
- Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement potential
- Convert business needs into technical solutions alongside business stakeholders, IT, data science, and AI teams
- Contribute to change management through communications, training, and adoption support
- Create future-state operating processes that incorporate AI, automation, and digital capabilities
- Evaluate and prioritize AI and automation opportunities involving GenAI, RPA with AI, OCR, NLP, and predictive analytics
- Help deliver proofs of concept, pilot programs, and scaled AI implementations
- Promote adherence to AI governance, compliance requirements, and ethical AI practices
- Set and monitor KPIs, benefit realization, and delivered value
- Maintain required documentation, standards, and operational controls
- Build trusted working relationships with business leaders and functional teams
- Lead workshops, detailed process reviews, and solution design sessions
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation
- Demonstrated ability to map and redesign current-state and future-state processes
- Practical experience contributing to or leading AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Clear communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expert-level proficiency with Asana Project Management
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Knowledge of ChatGPT is an advantage
