- Set the creative direction for AI-generated video and visual content
- Produce flagship campaign assets from initial concept through final edit
- Direct AI video production with Runway, Higgsfield, and emerging tools
- Build and oversee a freelance creator network and social contractor
- Source, brief, direct, compensate, and develop freelance creators
- Build the creative testing process in partnership with Demand Gen
- Identify concepts with potential to scale across paid and organic channels
- Adapt customer results, research, and product launches for SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences
- Define responsible generative AI practices in healthcare, including accurate claims and non-deceptive likeness use
- Present and defend creative recommendations to leadership while evaluating results through performance data
- Complete a short-form Instagram or TikTok video assessment for independent dental practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least six years of experience in creative production or direction
- At least two years directing creators, freelancers, or an agency team
- A portfolio demonstrating completed AI video work
- Experience developing and delivering creative that achieved measurable performance
- End-to-end AI video direction skills spanning concept, scripting, storyboarding, generation, and editing
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Runway and Higgsfield
- Ability to provide clear, actionable creative feedback
- Comfort using performance data to inform creative choices
- Willingness to develop a deep understanding of the audience
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
- Experience managing influencers and content creators is a plus
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
