- Detect inappropriate, prohibited, or potentially harmful material
- Apply moderation standards consistently to ambiguous and borderline cases
- Record moderation decisions accurately and escalate complex matters
- Investigate content identified by automated detection tools
- Assess AI-generated content, AI characters, datasets, and workflows for safety and compliance
- Classify and tag content to support appropriate platform visibility
- Sustain accuracy, consistency, and productivity while processing high moderation volumes
- Work with senior moderators and Legal & Safety teams to strengthen workflows and enforcement standards

- Demonstrated practical experience moderating user-generated content for an online platform
- Thorough knowledge of moderation guidelines, policy enforcement, and escalation processes
- Background handling high-volume moderation queues
- Advanced English comprehension, including slang, context, nuance, and intent
- Ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions about complex or borderline material
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Strong written documentation and verbal communication abilities
- Full comfort with daily exposure to explicit adult content
- Availability to provide the required international moderation coverage
