- Monitor emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Create campaign strategies and detailed creator briefs, including required B-roll
- Learn each client’s brand, values, customer profiles, messaging, and project requirements
- Find, evaluate, contact, and coordinate content creators for assigned projects
- Assemble creator teams aligned with client brands and creative testing goals
- Explain project scope and expectations to prospective creators
- Review video-ad variations and creator submissions for quality
- Give clear, constructive feedback on submitted creative
- Communicate with clients when needed
- Support additional work assigned by the Product Manager
आवश्यकताएँ
- Strong creative judgment and a thorough understanding of social media trends and algorithms, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Able to identify customer-avatar pain points and shape strategies for audiences across different niches
- Demonstrated experience producing engaging creative content for multiple niches
- Working knowledge of social media trends, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Able to develop creative concepts from current and anticipated trends
- Reliable, responsive, deadline-focused, and skilled in problem-solving and critical analysis
- Growth-oriented and results-focused, with openness to applying constructive feedback
- Comfortable working independently and managing time autonomously
- Available and responsive Monday through Friday from 3–6 PM Barcelona time
- Has a stable internet connection and laptop or PC, and can join video conferences
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Prior remote-work experience is a plus
