- Translate actuarial processes and non-functional needs into clear platform requirements
- Assess whether solutions meet business, control, and operational needs
- Represent the actuarial domain in workshops, design sessions, and governance forums
- Review process and data impacts across the end-to-end solution
- Check assumptions, requirements, controls, and outputs
- Support prioritisation, testing, issue resolution, and formal business acceptance
- Work with business specialists and technology, data, and testing teams to align with the target solution
- Contribute to a transformation programme in a large life and pensions business
- Help develop Foundation platform (Core Enablement) capabilities and ensure the solution is robust, controlled, and fit for purpose

- Background in actuarial processes, platform change, or financial services transformation
- Experience turning business and non-functional needs into platform or solution requirements
- Ability to assess process, data, and control impacts in complex environments
- Experience supporting testing, business acceptance, and issue resolution
- Experience representing a subject area in design and governance forums
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical approach and close attention to detail
- Ability to challenge assumptions and validate requirements
- Comfort working in complex, regulated, enterprise-scale settings
- Availability through January 2027
