Accounts Payable Specialist — India Remote
Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and month-end accounts payable support for MediaRadar’s advertising intelligence business.

- Review, code, and record vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Manage payment schedules to pay vendors on time and keep accounts current.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding or disputed items.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and help resolve payment issues.
- Work with internal teams to correct discrepancies and secure invoice approvals.
- Support month-end close by submitting accounts payable accruals to the General Ledger team.
- Keep accounts payable transaction records accurate and organized.
- Contribute to accounts payable system updates and process improvements.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Associate degree or equivalent education and experience; a B.Com degree is required.
- At least five years of accounts payable experience.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision after initial training.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and RAMP is a plus.
- Familiarity with system conversions or updates is a bonus.
