Accounts Payable Executive - Hybrid, India
Manage invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor accounts, and employee expenses for FE fundinfo’s global financial data platform. Partner with international stakeholders to support accurate, compliant financial operations.

- Process and validate invoices, then reconcile them to support accurate and punctual vendor payments
- Oversee supplier accounts, investigate payment variances, and maintain effective vendor relationships
- Review system reports and account balances to reconcile completed transactions
- Code expenses to the correct accounts and cost centres
- Validate and administer employee expense claims and travel reimbursements
- Keep accounting records accurate, confidential, and aligned with internal financial controls
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to support reliable financial operations
- Build accounting expertise through hands-on work with finance systems and processes
- Partner with colleagues across a diverse international team
आवश्यकताएँ
- Background in accounts payable, invoice handling, expense administration, or a comparable finance role
- Consistently precise and detail-oriented approach
- Capability to analyse and reconcile financial data accurately
- Comfortable using computer applications and finance software
- Experience with an ERP platform is an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- Accounts payable certification is an added benefit
