Accounts Payable Analyst II — Hanger, Inc. (Alpharetta, Onsite)
Manage vendor accounts, invoice discrepancies, reconciliations, and month-end close for Hanger’s orthotic and prosthetic services. Help maintain accurate, compliant payment operations.

- Oversee assigned vendor portfolios independently
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices with limited supervision
- Work with Procurement, Receiving, and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on unresolved invoice issues
- Assist with Oracle testing, basic troubleshooting, and data checks
- Handle vendor questions of moderate complexity through resolution
- Prepare and submit payment requests for designated vendors
- Contribute to month-end close by collecting accrual data and assisting with adjustments
- Take part in discussions about workflow improvements and system enhancements
- Offer Analyst I guidance and support with routine tasks
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma plus at least five years of equivalent accounts payable experience
- At least two years of accounts payable experience
- ERP experience; Oracle is strongly preferred
- Experience reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- A valid driver’s license, or eligibility to obtain one, and a driving record meeting Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures standards
- Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables and VLOOKUP are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes
- Ability to prioritize work and meet competing deadlines
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable practices
- Clear, professional communication skills
